Who will be responsible for the use, treatment and protection of your personal data, in terms of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals of the Regulation of the aforementioned law and other legal provisions that may be applicable, in this regard informs the following:

The personal data we collect from you will be processed for the following purposes:

  2. Cultural diffusion purposes.
  3. Sending information about concert promotions and other events in which we participate.
  4. Sending of our commercial information including our Newsletter.
  5. Sending reminders of ticket sales.

You have the right to know what personal information we have about you, for what purposes we use it and the conditions of the use we make of it (Access). To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must send a written notice to the "Department of Personal Data Processing" indicating the reason for your request with the specification of the ARCO right you intend to exercise, your full name, the means by which you shared with OSM your personal data, sending a simple copy of an official photo ID, the approximate date of such disclosure and the purpose for which it was made. Also, you must let us know your address to receive notifications. You will receive a response from our "Department of Personal Data Processing" within a maximum period of 20 days regarding the merits of your request and the mechanisms that OSM has used or will use, if any, to address the exercise of your right. In case you intend to exercise your ARCO rights through a legal representative, you must additionally accompany a power of attorney ratified before a notary public.

You have the right to revoke the consent you granted us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important that you consider that we will not be able to immediately conclude the use of your personal data, in the cases in which, due to any legal obligation, we are required to continue with the processing of your personal data. Likewise, you should consider that the revocation of your consent will imply that OSM will be unable to carry out certain purposes or provide the service requested by you.

On the other hand, you may limit the use of your personal data, for which you must send a written notice to the "Department of Personal Data Processing" indicating that you request to be included in OSM's CUSTOMER EXCLUSION LIST, so that your personal data will not be processed for marketing purposes, You must also indicate your full name, the means by which you shared your personal data with OSM, sending a simple copy of an official photo ID, the approximate date of such disclosure and the purpose for which it was made. Also, you must let us know your address to receive notifications.

This privacy notice may be modified, changed or updated due to new legal requirements, OSM's needs, our privacy policies and practices or our business model. OSM is obliged to inform you about changes to our privacy notice through our website www.mineria.org.mx.
