THE ACADEMY OF MUSIC OF THE PALACIO DE MINERÍA, A.C. reserves the unwaivable right to exercise the necessary preventive, judicial and/or extrajudicial legal actions, before the Federal, State and Municipal Authorities, of Administrative, Civil, Labor, Mercantile or of any nature in order to protect its patrimony, its interests and its legal sphere, against third parties, who violate or attempt to affect its image, prestige, patrimony, its activities, or its Directors, Collaborators, Advisors, and its legal sphere; and its legal sphere; thus being able to file the Complaints and/or Complaints in Criminal, Civil and Administrative matters before the Federal, State or Municipal Courts, in order to guarantee the protection of its interests.
